In 2024, Laura began pursuing her M.Ed in Learning, Design, and Technology at Arizona State University. During her studies, she expanded her business, LearningMatters LLC. LearningMatters offers exceptional instructional design services to small businesses, non-profits, companies, individuals, and classroom teachers. Services include analyzation of current learning environments, development of instructional design, as well as continuous evaluation for improvement. Learning experiences provided are inclusively-designed with tailored learning theories based on the learning needs.   • We will have a meeting together to determine the goals for your team(s). Following this, I will gather information from a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in that respective field to create the highest-level material(s) possible for your team development.

  • Projects can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months depending on the depth of developmental need. The earlier you connect with us, the earlier we can produce materials.

  • This will depend on what materials are best suited for your team. In our initial meeting, we will discuss different optional pathways that can be taken and will decide what works best for your team during that time. This will determine the budget moving forward.
